I guess we can now upload covers eh? 1 point for cover, 9 missing points from originality.
Good job.
Author's Response:
Originality wasn't my aim.
Thanks for listening.

It's the whole 5 seconds loop painted through the whole piece. Seriously.
Also the melody isn't original.

glad you liked it :)

Love it. Vocals doesn't sound strong enough.
For a single take this is very well played!
Author's Response:

But the vocals sound like it's recorded far from the mic. The crash sounds are too loud.
Excellent song. Shouldn't have ended by fading out.

The thing about remixes is that they are nothing original. No creativity is needed when everything can be taken from the original. In fact, remixes should not recieve more than a score of 3, for all the points only go to the effort of mimicking.
This audio is Chaoz Fantasy with much lesser Drum n' Bass. It's also simpler so it probably doesn't deserve being a remix either, but just a cheap remake. It sounded like it's being forced to be a Drum n' Bass, but trying to be a techno song.
Listening to this feels awkward and uneasy.

Instantly amazes with the short and unpredictable introduction.
"Ahh! That's too short!" may be a suitable response. That's when the listener realises that it's actually neither draggy or short, but it's him/her who's craving for more, like a shot of coke would relieve an addict.
Accompanying an unbelievably perfectly arranged song, a melody that's both classic and modern at the same time, a very well thought out rhythm, and little added effects (like the occasional rings in the background) which made a very valuable addition.
Also an uncommon feel in the portal, to the good side.
Author's Response:
OH man.. Thanks. A good time I look into portal to check it out.

The song progresses smoothly, from a slow going tone to a cheerily mood-lifting tempo. The general sound of the song pictures a villa/beach scenario, very very relaxing. Great choice of instruments through the whole song.
The key factor to this song is the humor by simple description of the listeners' actions. Like a perfect one-sided conversation that requires no input from the other end.
The song is very reliant on the game it's in. Although the song can still stand independant by explaining how the listener is an hero in the song, the end gives the impression of the song complementing the message in the game, with a quick and sort of abrupt end.

This should be in a magazine :)

It is possible to compress this song into 20 seconds or lesser, because through the whole duration of the song, there are little and unvariant change.
The lack of variation is comparable to the chant tempo that buddhists do in their temples. This would be better if it's a short loop. Because it totally sound like one.
A song with variation, when mentioned, gets replies like "Oh! And one part of the song goes da da da! I love that part!" That is the essence this song lacks. And that's a huge flaw.
Author's Response:
LOL i don't think i'd understand people telling me "I like that part that goes doo dee doo da da da". I'd probably see it as some sort of joke. Oh well, To each their own. hah thanks for the review.

Sounds 'sci-fi'ified. Uh.. Yea.
The original sounds draggy and repetitive. At least yours has variations.
You're welcome. You're welcome.
Author's Response:
lol thanks thanks
Yeah, it was meant as sort of a neo-version. glad you caught that :P
the original maybe be a bit repetitive, but it is still pretty awesome.
